Authorities are investigating what led the co-pilot on a Flydubai plane to stab the pilot. The flight was saved with the help of passengers and crew.

A Flydubai flight from Dubai to Tel Aviv with more than 150 passengers on board made an emergency landing in Saudi Arabia on Wednesday after the pilots were injured in what the airline called an “incident”.

The FlyDubai flight initially triggered a 7700 “general emergency” signal, aviation tracking site FlightRadar24 reported. It then switched to a 7500 code, suggesting “unlawful interference,” before switching back to a 7700, the tracking site said.

At least one person was injured in a small plane crash Thursday afternoon at Paine Field Airport in Snohomish County. The plane crashed on the west side of the airport, which has asked residents to avoid the area.

There really wasn’t much of a discussion about it,” skydiver Sean Plastine said. “It was just, ‘People need help. Okay, let’s go.’”
