DES MOINES — A trio of top-10 finishes highlighted Newton’s day at the Jim Duncan Invitational inside Drake Stadium on April 11. The Cardinals faced another challenging field but held their own, posted three season-best times in relays and Alexis Sorensen and Muckler were near the top 20 in a pair of distance events.
